# Trial NFT Program New users without NFT items can try the app with Trial NFT Program freely, but 50% of the earned tokens will be paid for the app as the platform fee. Users can use trial shoes to travel with the 50% earning. E.g: Users can travel 2km, then earn 10XTR. However, with rental shoes, they will get 5XTR only.

# Transportation NFT ### NFT Attributes 1. **Efficiency**\ Efficiency plays a part in XTR earnings. Having a higher Efficiency Attribute will result in better XTR earnings per condition. 2. **Distance**\ Distance determines how long a user can travel. 3. **Luck**\ Luck determines the frequency and quality of a Treasure Box drop. 4. **Recovery**\ Recovery determines the decay rate of Condition. A higher Recovery will result in a slower rate of the Condition decay. \ The higher the NFT's level is, the higher the repair costs. Condition is a NFT’s “stamina” bar. As a user moves, the Condition will decrease.\ \ Condition receives a penalty at 2 Condition touch points: \ 1\. At 50/100 Condition, NFT Efficiency drops to 50% \ 2\. At 20/100 Condition, NFT Efficiency drops to 10% 5. **Life Time**\ Each NFT has a Life time. If it reaches Life time, NFT status will be 1 for all Attribute(Efficiency, Distance, Luck and Recovery)

### NFT Level Users can level up their Transportation NFT by burning XTR. **GXT will be required at certain milestones**. Each level-up requires a certain amount of time, but users can shorten level up (level-up) time with additional burning XTR. The maximum level is 30 at this moment.

User can get Attribute points for every level up and upgrade preferred Attribute with these point. ### Holding multiple NFTs A user can hold as many NFTs as they want. Before traveling, the user needs to select the main NFT. **The main NFT attribute and condition will be used for traveling.** # XCoin XCoin is a type of coin to consume ONLY IN XTRIP APP. Users can buy XCoin in the app and make payment by Apple Pay and Google Pay. At the present version, XCoin is only used to buy NFT items. However it can be used for level up, Minting, recover condition and recover lifetime soon. ## How to buy XCoin Step 1: In the Profile screen, choose XC; Step 2: Choose the package you want and finish payment.

# Daily cap of Tokens earned and Travel Distance ### Daily Token Cap Daily Token Cap determines the maximum number of tokens users can earn. \ It depends on the number and type of Transportation NFTs users own.

E.g: \ If a user has 2 Shoes NFTs and 1 Bicycle NFT, the Daily Token Cap is:\ Daily Token Cap = 30 XTR + 30 XTR + 60 XTR = 120 XTR.\ \ **Currently, Daily Token cap can be increased up to 600 XTR**. ### Daily cap of Travel Distance \ Total Travel Distance users can will be determined by total distance of NFTs users have.\ \ E.g.: If a user has \ Shoes: Distance 3 KM\ Shoes: Distance 4 KM\ Bicycle: Distance 10 KM\ The user can travel up to 17 KM with full ability. # Life time Recovery Life time which is NFT's ability to travel distance can be recovered 3 times per NFT.\ If lifetime goes below 5KM, it will show recovery icon like below and user can recover lifetime with token or item.(currently user can recover with token only.)

# Spots ## Spots On our map, there are Spots which are recommended to visit. Spots can be sightseeing sites, restaurants, and places where users can have special experiences, etc.

Users can earn tokens from Spots in two ways: * Visiting the existing Spots for at least 1 minute on the trip; * Registering new Spots or sharing information about their passing Spots. ## Spot registration If there are any spots which are not added to the map but users think might be worth seeing, they can register them as new spots on the app. xtrip team will verify and if the new spots are accepted, users will get XTR or GXT as a bonus.

## Spot bonus When checking in at an existing spot for at least 1 minute, users get rewarded with a bonus number of tokens that are added to the total XTR earned after finishing the trip. This is called Spot bonus. However, there are some types of spots that do not help to earn tokens when passing or registering. Also, the number of tokens given varies to the spot types. Users who check in at a popular location on the xtrip app will receive a minimum of 5 bonus tokens for their trip. As a result, the user who first registered the spot will receive 50% of the bonus tokens. The remaining 50% will be divided to the number of users who have contributed with their spot reviews and photos. For example: When a user checks in a popular spot, the user receives 5 bonus tokens. Based on that, the user who first registered the spot will receive 2.5 bonus tokens. If there are 5 users who have left reviews and photos about the spot, they will be entitled to 50% of the bonus tokens (which means 2.5 tokens), and hence receive 0.5 bonus tokens each. ## Limited spot check-in per month To follow the idea of encouraging people to travel and explore new things, xtrip spot counting will be changed. For every month, if users visit the same spot with the following frequency: * From 1 to 10 times: their earned amount of tokens will be counted as normal * From 11 to 20 times: their earned amount of tokens will be counted with a coefficient of 0.5 and no bonus tokens awarded. * More than 21 times: their earned amount of tokens will be counted with a coefficient of 0.25 and no bonus tokens awarded. **Notice**: The counting of spot check-ins will be reset in the beginning of the following month. # Powerup Item and Socket ### **Powerup Item** A socket that users can put powerup item in is released depending on the level of the NFT. Users can put their favorite Power up item in the socket and increase the status of the NFT. * Efficiency * Luck * Recovery * Life time ### **Sockets** There are a total of 4 sockets which are randomly provided on each NFT. User can equip the same power up item to socket type only. (For example, Efficiency socket can only equip Efficiency type of NFT item). A socket can be unlocked with the following levels: * Level 7 * Level 13 * Level 20 * Level 30 Users need to burn a certain amount of XTR to unlock Sockets. # NFT Minting NFT minting is when a user uses 2 NFTs so called "Parent NFT" that can generate new NFT. Based on the parent NFTs, the new NFT type will be vary.\ To mint, there are following conditions: 1. Parents NFTs need to be certain level to proceed Minting. 2. Parents NFTs need to be 100% condition. 3. Parents NFTs are not at cool down Period. \ (Each NFT has a cooldown period after minting or acquiring. please see below for the cool-down period) 4. Parents NFTs in the user’s possession (not under renting) 5. Each NFT can mint up to 5 times and needs a certain amount of XTR and GXT burning. also with some possibilities, Minting can be failed.

When the user receives a Treasure Box, a countdown begins, and the Treasure Box can be opened when the countdown reaches 0. # Rental System The user can lend their NFT to others. By Rental, the Owner can receive rewards in XTR/GTX depending on the usage of the borrower. To rent out, NFT's condition need to be 100% and it is not at cool down period. The Rental Rewards are as follows: * Owner: 30% * Borrower: 60% * Platform Fee: 10% \*The commission rates may change. The Owner can set the maximum rental distance that the Borrower can travel and the period to rent out. If the rental reaches that distance or period, it will be returned to the Owner. Borrowers can strengthen/repair the borrowed NFT as they like. If the rented NFT gets burned or sent wrongly to other wallet, the borrowers will never be able to use the rental function with that account anymore. # Stake tokens Users can earn tokens based on the determined APY by staking XTR and GXT. APY fluctuates dynamically depending on the staking situation. Users can enjoy various in-game benefits by staking. Users who have contributed to staking can earn tokens efficiently. When users want to proceed with the game efficiently, it is recommended that they should stake tokens to the maximum quantity. Staking period will be 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. Your device location will not be made public and we save your privacy seriously. 3. We currently use cookies on our site to check your language preference and to maintain visitor information, including identification of users and preparation of customized web pages. Web browsers set aside a small amount of space on your hard drive to keep these preferences, then every time you visit a web site your browser checks to see if you have any predefined preferences (cookies) for that server. About Cookies I. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your device through your web browser to empower our frameworks to perceive your activities and disclose to us how and when pages in our Site are visited and by what number of individuals. We may disclose your personal data: * Where such disclosure is required for performing obligations in the course of or in connection with our provision of the goods and services requested by you; * To third party service providers, agents and other organizations we have engaged to perform any of the functions with reference to the above mentioned purposes. **Withdrawing Your Consent** 10\. The consent that you provide for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data will remain valid until such time it is being withdrawn by you in writing. You may withdraw consent and request us to stop collecting, using and/or disclosing your personal data for any or all of the purposes listed above by submitting your request in writing or via email to our Data Protection Officer at the contact details provided below. 11\. Upon receipt of your written request to withdraw your consent, we may require reasonable time (depending on the complexity of the request and its impact on our relationship with you) for your request to be processed and for us to notify you of the consequences of us acceding to the same, including any legal consequences which may affect your rights and liabilities to us. We operate a GameFi project called xtrip (“xtrip”). xtrip is a type of blockchain game that combines travel and games in the Avalanche Chain (“AVC”) Network and played by installing the application via Google Play or App Store (the “App”). This is a new type of Move to Earn games based on the “Travel to Earn” model. “Transportation NFT(s)” are digital art collectibles built on top of the AVC network and hashed on the blockchain and are represented by a non-fungible token (the “NFT(s)”) each. These Terms of Use also govern the services we provide and/or make available, including but not limited to (i) our Site; (ii) the services provided in relation to our Site, such as communication with you, customer support, social media, community channels and such other related services; and (iii) all information, linked pages, features, data, text, images, photographs, graphics, music, sounds, video, messages, tags, content, programming, source code, databases, functionality, software, application services (including but not limited to any mobile application services), Digital Assets (as defined below) such as NFTs and Digital Tokens (as defined below) or other materials that may be sent, uploaded, communicated, transmitted or otherwise made available through our Site and/or its related services (the “Content”) (collectively, such services shall be referred to as “our Services''). Any programme updates, programme patches, new features added to or augmenting our Services are also subject to these Terms of Use. User registration** To access our Services, you must have the necessary equipment (such as a smartphone or laptop) and the associated telecommunication service subscriptions to access the Internet. Our Services can be accessed directly using the APP. Access to our Services may become degraded or unavailable during times of significant data congestion or in the event of a network failure. This could result in the inability to access some of our Services. Although we strive to provide you with excellent service, we do not represent that the Services will be available without interruption. We shall not be liable for any losses resulting from or arising out of transaction delays or a failure of network protocols. To be eligible to access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register an account for Services associated with a verified identity approved in accordance with these terms ("Account"). When you create an Account, we may request certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name and a legitimate email address that you control and to create a username and password. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. If your Account is inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months or more, we may, in our sole discretion, close your Account and any remaining funds in your Account will be subject to applicable laws regarding unclaimed monies. **5. App** Transactions of Digital Assets are managed and confirmed via the AVC blockchain. We neither own nor control MetaMask, Google Chrome, the AVC network, or any other third-party site, product, or service that you might access, visit, or use for the purpose of enabling you to use the various features of the App. We will not be liable for the acts or omissions of any such third parties, nor will we be liable for any damage that you may suffer as a result of your transactions or any other interaction with any such third parties. You are responsible for your MetaMask wallet (and other AVC wallets) and the private key to access it. The App does not store, send, or receive NFTs. This is because NFTs exist only by virtue of the ownership record maintained on the App’s supporting blockchain in the AVC network. Any transfer of NFTs occurs within the supporting blockchain in the AVC network, and not on the App. **6. Ownership** Each NFT is a NFT on the AVC blockchain. When you purchase our NFT, you own the underlying the NFT completely. Ownership of the NFT is mediated entirely by the Smart Contract and the AVC Network: at no point may we seize, freeze, or otherwise modify the ownership of any NFT. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if you breach any of the ‘‘PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES’ in Clause 7 hereof, we may, at our discretion, take any reasonable action, including prohibiting you from using or confiscating any of your assets in the Service, including any NFTs held by you. If you decide to purchase our NFT from the contract, any financial transactions will be conducted solely through the AVC network. We have no control over these payments or transactions, nor do we have the ability to reverse any transactions. Therefore, the we will have no liability to you or to any third party for any claims or damages that may arise as a result of any transactions that you engage in via the App or any other transactions that you conduct via the AVC network. AVC requires the payment of a transaction fee (a “Gas Fee”) for every transaction that occurs on the AVC network. This means that you will need to pay a Gas Fee for each transaction that occurs via the App. The Gas Fee does not go to us and we have no control over its pricing. All paid prices exclude any possible duties or charges. You will be solely responsible to pay any and all sales, use, value-added and other taxes, duties, and assessments (except taxes on our net income) now or hereafter claimed or imposed by any governmental authority (collectively, “Taxes”) associated with your use of the App (including, without limitation, any Taxes that may become payable as the result of your ownership of Digital Assets. Except for income and net-wealth taxes levied on The Company, you remain solely responsible for paying all federal, state and other taxes in accordance with all applicable laws. \ **7. Prohibited activities** You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. As a user of the Site, you agree not to: 1. Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us. 2. Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords. 3. Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Site and/or the Content contained therein. 4. Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Site. 5. Use any information obtained from the Site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person. 6. Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct. 7. Use the Site in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations. 8. Use the Site to advertise or offer to sell goods and services. 9. Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site. 10. Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Site or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Site. 11. Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. 12. Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content. 13. Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user. 14. Sell or otherwise transfer your profile. 15. Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats (“gifs”), 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as “spyware” or “passive collection mechanisms” or “pcms”). 16. Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Site or the networks or services connected to the Site. 17. Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Site to you. 18. Attempt to bypass any measures of the Site designed to prevent or restrict access to the Site, or any portion of the Site. 19. Copy or adapt the Site’s software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code. 20. Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Site. 23. Make any unauthorized use of the Site, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses. 24. Use the Site as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Site and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise. 25. Be physically located in a jurisdiction in which participation in any Service you use is prohibited by that state or country’s laws such as China and Singapore. 26. Be listed, or associated with any person or entity being listed, on any of the US Department of Commerce’s Denied Persons or Entity List, the US Department of Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals or Blocked Persons Lists, the US Department of State’s Debarred Parties List, the EU Consolidated List of Persons, or Groups and Entities Subject to EU Financial Sanctions. You further confirm not to be resident of, citizen of or located in a geographic area that is subject to UN-, US-, EU embargoes. **8. User generated contributions** The Site does not offer users to submit or post content. We may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or on the Site, including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, or personal information or other material (collectively,“Contributions”). Contributions may be viewable by other users of the Site and through third-party websites. As such, any Contributions you transmit may be treated in accordance with the Site Privacy Policy. When you create or make available any Contributions, you thereby represent and warrant that: 1. The creation, distribution, transmission, public display, or performance, and the accessing, downloading, or copying of your Contributions do not and will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights of any third party. 2. Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading. 5. Your Contributions are not unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, or other forms of solicitation. 6. Your Contributions are not obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable (as determined by us). 7. Your Contributions do not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse anyone. 8. Your Contributions do not advocate the violent overthrow of any government or incite, encourage, or threaten physical harm against another. 9. Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule. 10. Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party. 11. Your Contributions do not contain any material that solicits personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner. 12. Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law concerning child pornography, or otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors. 13. Your Contributions do not include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap. 14. 例：\ もし、ユーザーが靴NFTが2つ、自転車NFTを1つ所持している場合、1日あたりのトークン獲得上限は\ **30XTR + 30XTR +60XTR = 120XTR**\ となります。\ \ **現在、一日の獲得上限は600XTRまで増やすことができます。** ### 1日の旅行可能距離 \ 1日の旅行可能距離は各NFTの旅行可能距離(Distance)の合計になる。\ \ 例：ユーザーが下記3つのNFT： \ Shoes: Distance(距離) 3 KM\ Shoes: Distance(距離) 4KM\ Bicycle: Distance(距離) 10KM\ を所持していた場合、ユーザーの1日の旅行可能距離は17KMになる。 # Lifetime Recovery NFTの利用可距離であるLifetimeは3回回復を行うことが可能です。\ Lifetimeの残りが5KMを切ると下記のようにスパナマークが表示され、クリックでトークンまたはアイテムを使って回復を行うことが可能です。（アイテムでの回復は現在実装されておりません）

### Level NFT Người dùng có thể nâng cấp phương tiện di chuyển (Transportation) NFT của họ bằng cách sử dụng token XTR. Một số mốc sẽ yêu cầu phải sử dụng token GXT. Một Ô cường hóa có thể được mở ở các level sau: * Level 7 * Level 13 * Level 20 * Level 30 Người dùng cần XTR để mở khóa Ô cường hóa. # NFT Minting (Tài sản hóa NFT) Người dùng có thể kết hợp 2 NFT (hay còn được gọi là Parent NFT) để đúc ra một NFT mới. Tùy thuộc vào các parent NFT, loại của NFT mới có thể thay đổi.\ \ Để đúc NFT mới cần các điều kiện sau: 1. Parent NFT cần đạt đến cấp độ nhất định để được phép Mint. 2. The number of arbitrators shall be three (3). The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be Singapore, Singapore. The language of the proceedings shall be English. The governing law of the contract shall be the substantive law of Singapore. **Restrictions** The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually.
